Partnership for 21st Century Skills are created between the educations systems and the work force to incorporate more technology in to the student educations. And to ensure that students have basic skills required to work.
The 4 C’s Critical thinking, Oral Communication, Teamwork/Collaboration, and Reading Comprehension and these skills are what is required in 21st Century work environment.

The Are they really ready to work report is a document generated by employer respondents to determine is students are ready for work. The findings are recorded in “Excellent” “Adequate” and “Deficient” as it relates to skill level. And basic knowledge is ranked a very important, important, and not important. The findings are defined for high school graduates, two-year college students and four-year college students
Today’s students are more digital savvy than the teachers. The teachers must be willing to learn along with the students and find a way to use the technology to enhance the learning of the students. The teacher must stay in front of the changing needs of the workforce to insure that the students are ready for the ever changing digital world.
