Flipped classrooms is a new strategy used by instructors to increase engagement in the classroom. The students complete the lecture portion of the class and complete it at night. Things such as reading or watching educational videos. The class time is use for activities to engage the students through hands on projects or demonstrations.

21st Century Skills are important for students to learn prior to going into the work place. Knowing how to manage the critical four "C" is a must for today's environment.

Partnering Pedagogies are important for students at all ages, learning how to work in collaborative groups must start at a young age. Students working together increases the knowledge that students learn from each students approach.
